Lori shares how Neighborhood Housing Services, a community developer since 1984, is working with the Restore the Legacy LA Coalition and other partners on a central question: how do we come back from wildfire? Her answers include partnerships, down payment assistance, gap funding for homeowners, land banking with experienced developers, expedited permitting, and estate planning and legacy building, with a simple message to families: keep your land.
