Jennifer Gray Thompson closes the 2026 Wildfire Leadership Summit™ with thanks to the people who made it happen.
Reva Feldman, Summit Lead and Strategic Advisor, and Natalie Minuzzo, Summit Coordinator and Chief of Staff, spent a huge amount of time on this Summit. It was also a group effort, and everyone on the After the Fire USA team pitched in, including Valerie Brown, California Wildfires Fellow. We are small and mighty. We are also grateful for our volunteers, and for everyone who gave their time and resources to be in the room.
Then Kaponoʻai Molitau, Director of the Department of ʻŌiwi Resources for the County of Maui, sings us out with Hawaiʻi Aloha (words by Lorenzo Lyons and Makua Laiana). The room stands and gathers in a circle.
The Wildfire Leadership Summit is an invitation-only, three-day convening from After the Fire USA, an initiative of Rebuild NorthBay Foundation. 2026 Summit: September 15 to 17, 2026, The Hanna Center, Sonoma, California.
